City of Cushman and the Helping Hands Food Pantry to hold fund raiser March 24th!
The City of Cushman and the Helping Hands Food Pantry along with the Cushman Fire Department and Ladies Auxiliary will be having a fund raiser to help support the food pantry in Cushman. Helping Hands Food Pantry assists the families in need in and around Independence County.
The food pantry is a non-profit organization located at the Methodist Church in Cushman. It is opened to the public every Tuesday throughout the year.
This is a great opportunity to support a worthy cause to help those in need.
Saturday, March 24th, 2018; 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Cushman Community Center there will be a Chili / Soup supper, Bake Sale / Auction & Silent Auction. There will also be a Stoeger P3500 12-Gauge Shotgun raffled off.
All proceeds from this event will go to the Helping Hands Food Pantry in Cushman.
