Marty Stuart Highlights Independence Day Celebration at Ozark Folk Center State Park

Country Legend Marty Stuart Returns to Mountain View, AR on July 5th

Marty Stuart and The Fabulous Superlatives return to the Ozark Folk Center State Park for a special acoustic performance Saturday July 5th at 7pm in the Music Auditorium. A limited number of $30 general admission seats are still available. The concert is part of a 4th of July weekend of events at the Ozark Folk Center which also includes a family fun day on Friday, July 4th, with bobbing for apples, sack racing, egg carrying, and a watermelon seed spitting contest. As a special treat, there will be ice cold watermelon for everyone to enjoy on a hot July day.

Marty Stuart is the second feature artist of the Celebrity Concert Series for 2014. Future shows include Kathy Mattea on August 30 as part of the Grandpa Jones Weekend and Ricky Skaggs on October 11. The Ozark Folk Center State Park is located at 1032 Park Avenue in Mountain View. Follow the signs to the Ozark Folk Center State Park, less than a mile from the Courthouse Square in downtown Mountain View. The park may also be reached by taking Hwy 5/9/14 (Sylamore Ave) to Jimmy Driftwood Parkway, which leads directly to the park entrance.
