We offer a plethora of services and amenities here at White River Health Care and Rehab. Some might seem small, and few might be simplistic but they are tailored around our residents. A large courtyard area fully landscaped to entice all of the senses. Crape Myrtles in all different shades of pink, flowering Gardenia’s, Guara-“Whirling Butterflies”, and many more plants are all located near the concrete paths. Relax in the gazebo and enjoy the view of an open field with many aspects of outdoor life showcasing themselves.
We also have a therapeutic whirlpool that is state of the art. Enjoy a warm soak while listening to your favorite music.

Various musical groups from the community and surrounding areas grace us with their music on a weekly basis. Vintage photographs give a feeling of what was, and where we have come from. There are numerous activities that are provided daily both for group and individual participation.

The White River Health Care and Rehab nutrition department strives to provide the very best in healthy, delicious home cooked meals to our clients in a family-oriented and customer-driven environment. Our dietary staff includes a Registered Dietitian consultant and Certified Dietary Manager to ensure each of our resident’s nutritional needs are met, while also accommodating personal preferences. We invite you to come by and have lunch with our folks and experience our family-style meals firsthand.
Restorative Care is about helping residents regain their independence. We offer one on one therapy three to five times a week and group therapy three times a week. We walk on a day to day basis for about fifteen minutes to help residents with their ambulation. We also focus on range of motion exercise’s to all extremities, which will help residents with getting dressed and other activities of daily living which in turn helps them maintain or regain their independence. Our group therapy involves simple things like tossing balls to each other which helps their vision or seated marching to strengthen the lower extremities.
