NORFORK STUDENTS VISIT CALICO ROCK MUSEUM

imageNorfork Elementary School fourth and fifth graders visited the Calico Rock Museum this week. The program for the 68 students and 14 adults was arranged by Social Studies and Literacy Teacher Amy Layman. The students studied Native American culture, made marbles, and enjoyed an ice cream cone from the Printing Press Café.

The Calico Rock Museum conducts educational programs for school classes, Boy and Girls Scout troops, and other groups throughout the year. The programs are designed and presented by professional educators and are presented at no cost to the group.
