Do you have an Instant Pot? Are you frustrated with it? Or, do you love it and want to know more about how to use it? Or, perhaps, you are considering getting one and want the experience first? This is your opportunity to learn from the expert, Elizabeth Daigle, the Izard County Extension Agent. You will prepare your meal, enjoy it, and take home the leftovers (if there are any).

Instant Pot is a brand of multicookers manufactured by Instant Brands. The multicookers are electronically controlled, combined pressure cookers and slow cookers. The original cookers are marketed as 6-in-1 or more appliances designed to consolidate the cooking and preparing of food to one device.

The Nook is the event space for the Calico Rock Museum. Entrance is at 80 Peppersauce Alley.
