Main Street Batesville announces the second “Concert in the Loft” Maxfield Park Fundraiser.
Featuring “Finger Food,” January 14, 2017. Music starts at 7 pm, admission is free. We will pass the hat for donations to further construction in Maxfield Park.
“Finger Food” is a feast not only for guitar lovers, but also for anyone with a passion for acoustic music. The guitarists, Steve Davison, Micky Rigby and Danny Dozier, perform “in the round” and trade songs and stories about their compositions and their approach to the guitar in a casual concert setting. The music focuses on contemporary instrumental American Fingerstyle Guitar with folk, jazz, Celtic, classical and blues influences.
Doors open at 6:30, at the historic Barnett Building, 3rd floor, 267 E. Main Street, Batesville.
