Horseshoe Health and Medicine to Sponsor Dogwood Days Terrapin Race May 2nd

HORSESHOE BEND, AR (May 2, 2017) – The Horseshoe Bend Area Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce a new event that will be taking place at the Dogwood Days Festival this year – a terrapin race! Registration will take place at the kiddie games area at 12:30 p.m. and the race will begin at 1:00 p.m. There will be four heats of racing with prizes being awarded as follows: $10 for first place, $7 for second place, $5 for third place, and $100 for the overall winner. Horseshoe Health and Medicine will sponsor the terrapin race and prizes.
