1:00-3:00 p.m.
The weather’s warming up and the mosquitos aren’t back yet. Bring whole family out for a fun afternoon at Davidsonville and see how kids of all ages kept themselves entertained two hundred years ago. Relay races, the game of graces, toys, and other activities will provide opportunities to face off against family, friends, and fellow park visitors.

Meeting Place: Behind Visitor Center

Leather Craft Workshop: Saturday, April 15th
1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Cost: $15.00 per person.
If you can imagine it, you can make it. Long before big box stores made shopping easy, homemade was the way to get many common personal items. Shoes, bags, belts, wallets, bracelets, and more all were made by working animal hide leather. Join the park interpreter and make a leather-craft item of your own in this beginners’ workshop. All materials and instruction will be provided to make your choice of pouch, loose change tray, or wristband. Space is limited, so ready your creativity and call the park to sign-up soon.

Meeting Place: Education Center
