CALICO ROCK TROUT TOURNEY SEPT. 17
Saturday, September 17, fish the White River from Mt. Olive to the North Fork River in the Calico Rock Team Trout Tournament. Calico Rock Area Chamber of Commerce and Calico Rock Lions Club invite two person teams to enjoy one of America’s best trout streams. Top tournament prize is $750, plus Second and Third Place winners.
The 7:00 a.m. whistle blow start will be from the Calico Rock boat ramps (Highway 5 at the White River Bridge). At 3:00 p.m., Arkansas Game and Fish Commission will supervise the weigh in on Calico Creek in Rand Park. Team entry fee is $50. For $5, you may “buy in” for the Big Fish pot.
