With support from Citizens Bank, the Batesville Area Arts Council will be introducing a new series of adult workshops, Paint Night, held at the Citizens Bank Annex the third Thursday of both October and November, from 6pm-8pm. Paint Night is a painting workshop that pairs instructional art with a casual atmosphere for friends to get together and produce individual works of art on canvas. The Batesville Area Arts Council will provide participants with all the supplies needed to create their own painting on canvas within the 2-hour workshop. An instructor will guide attendees through a specific painting, while guests can also enjoy refreshments with friends!
Registration is now open for BAAC’s first Paint Night on Thursday, October 16th, taught by local artist Carla Ladd. All levels of experience are encouraged to sign up. Cost of the workshop is $35 per person, which includes all supplies & refreshments.
