The 29th Annual Easter Egg Hunt is postponed for Saturday, March 23rd due to rain and will be held next Saturday, March 30th starting at 11:00 a.m. Our special guest, the Easter Bunny, will visit with the children before and after the event for pictures. Colorful eggs containing prize slips for prizes donated by area businesses are found amongst the candy hidden by the Easter Bunny. Other activities are free temporary Easter face tattoos.

All egg hunters are to meet at the courtyard in front of the courthouse. Children must be between ages 1 and 12. They should arrive at the park before 11:00 a.m. since the hunt begins promptly at that time. The hunt areas are divided into different age groups. Ages 1 – 4 are allowed one adult to accompany them. Ages 5 – 8 and 9-12 are hunting Easter Eggs without adult assistance.

An event this size requires community volunteers preferably age 18 and over to insure the event runs smoothly. Please contact us at the park at (870)523-2143 if you can participate as a volunteer on the day of the event.
