Racing runs deep in the dirt around Batesville Arkansas

Batesville Motor Speedway originally got its start in 1971. The dirt
track located just a few miles outside of Batesville has seen many stars
on the dirt including NASCAR legend Mark Martin, who got his start
racing in the 70’s.
The speedway seats approximately 4,000 people in the grandstands, and the season runs March
through September. Batesville Motor Speedway brings extra excitement to the Batesville area, and if
you listen close you might hear a slight hint of engine roars one summer night while enjoying an
evening walk by the White River in Batesville.
