Happy New Year from BAAC!
Start your year off right by taking a yoga class or workshop at the Batesville Area Arts Council.

Beginner Yoga 101
with RYT200 certified instructor Illene Stewart
Tues/Thurs at 6:15 p.m.

Beginner/Intermediate Flow
with RYT200 certified instructor Illene Stewart
Tues/Thurs at 7:00 a.m. & Sat at 8:00 a.m.

Beginner/Intermediate Yoga
with RYT200 certified instructor Marnie Davis
Monday at 8:30 a.m.
Wednesday at 8:30 a.m. & 5:30 p.m.

Cost: $10/session or 10 sessions for $70
Please bring your own yoga mat if possible.

Pottery Workshop:
Chip & Dip Bowl
Tuesday, January 9, 6 p.m. – 8 p.m.
at Main Street Pottery

During this 2 – 3 hour workshop, Karen Bailey will teach you how to create a chip & dip bowl just in time for the Super Bowl. No previous clay experience is needed. Clay can be messy, so we suggest you wear jeans and a cotton shirt. Projects will be available for pick up approx. 2 weeks after the class. Light snacks will be provided but feel free to bring your favorite beverage.

Cost: $50/person

Sewing Workshop:
“Hello Sewing Machine… nice to meet you.”
Saturday, Jan. 20, 10:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
at BAAC Gallery on Main

During this 3 hour workshop, instructor Linda Ransom will cover the basics of your sewing machine, including cleaning, oiling, threading, how to wind a bobbin, and a small in-class project. Students must provide their own portable machine, small scissors, and beige color thread. All other supplies will be provided.
