Artisans Market on the Square during Bean Fest in Mountain View, Oct. 26 and 27 will showcase Arkansas arts and crafts from members and juried guests of the Arkansas Craft Guild. The Market is located on Washington Street next to Mountain View Music, behind the Courthouse. Show hours are Friday, 11 to 6, and Saturday, 9 to 4. Returning artisans continue to make the Market a special place to get heirloom quality crafts such as flame-worked bead makers Sage and Tom Holland, and Maria Smith, wood turner Liz Lloyd and her knife-maker husband Lewie. Also returning will be Doris Fountain’s fabric decor, Tammy Sue Pope’s goat milk soaps and lotions, and Marie Busch’s Ozark Pantry jellies and mixes.
