The Calico Rock Museum hosts “Mystery Night at the Museum” on Saturday, May 10th, beginning at 6:00 p.m. After a buffet dinner catered by Holy Smokes Barbeque, the Peppersauce Players will portray seven characters from local history dating from the 1860’s through the 1950’s.

“Each character represents a different time and a different occupation,” said Museum Executive Director Gloria Gushue. “Each person will talk about his or her experiences and then provide a clue to a secret which will be revealed at the end of the performance. It’s history with a little mystery.”

Dinner will be served at 6:00 p.m. next door in the Gwen Murphy Art Gallery. The “Mystery Night at the Museum” performance begins at 7:00 p.m. on the main floor of the Museum with actors speaking from the balcony. Tickets are $40 each with proceeds benefiting the Calico Rock Museum. Space is limited, and tickets must be purchased in advance.

You may purchase tickets in person at the Calico Rock Museum or by contacting Gloria Gushue at 870-297-6100 or calicorockmuseum@gmail.com Credit cards are accepted.
