Everyone for miles around, many states around, everyone ever been close to Downtown Hardy, THEY ALL KNOW ABOUT Marc Herring and his Ozark Classic Crafts Mall. You can shop a long time in his unique mall with over 80 vendors PLUS all Marc’s ongoing, finished/future projects to peruse. I could spend half a day, easy, and enjoy every minute. It is a family-oriented mall with gifts for all from the young to the not so young, from eclectic to good old all American style, gifts and things to please everyone on your gift/family list for birthday/Christmas/Just because you love them! I promise you will not want to leave, so stay a while and watch him work, he doesn’t mind! Check out his sweet partners who are such well mannered sweethearts, I seek them out first!
We are excited now about a new project in the OCCM, a Record-O-Mat. It is where you can go in a little room/booth and record a poem, song, or reading, and sit there and listen to it before you leave with it. What a gift for your loved ones! You may bring your music or go so-low! The Mall is in the process of getting ready for operation this vintage 1930’s awesome recorder for us to enjoy. It is one of maybe 3 or 4 in the entire world – it is the real thing and is 100% functional. They are prettying up the recording studio and fine-tuning right now to assure you may enter with your hopes high and leave happy to have your recording in hand!
The owner is so busy, I did catch him for a picture of project-in-hand, engraving banner pennants! He is always up to something new and shares with customers, like family, yes sir, bring your families and friends and stay a while. Most likely you won’t leave empty handed, and I bet you will return every chance you get!! I love his mall!
The Ozark Classic Crafts Mall is housed in the original Theater of Hardy Arkansas. It now is home to over 80 dedicated Craft Artists who love crafting their imaginative creations into being.
